We engaged the Morningstar law firm a few months ago to help us refresh our Covenants and now
we are at a critical point – the legal bills have been more than we anticipated (>$30k to date and we
estimate it will take $40k to finish the effort). To cover the $10k shortfall, we are humbly asking that all
our neighbors who refreshed their Covenants contribute $200.00 toward the legal costs. In concert, we
are also reaching out to the generous donors who originally contributed to the legal fund. We believe
these two fundraising efforts will allow us to cover the total of this legal work, which we intend to wrap
up by the end of the year. Donations are completely voluntary.

Because the Association is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit, contributions are not tax-deductible.
